I’ve been working out with Lisa and Ainsley twice a week a this winter & spring, in both reformer class and private lessons. Although Pilates reformer classes have been part for my workout routine for 10 years 2X a week I was amazed with my progress under their tutelage. My core is much stronger, which is a huge positive for my tennis game. Cross training for tennis is why I do Pilates! Lisa helped me pinpoint movement and balance shifts to eliminate a stubborn limp that refused to go away even after hip replacement. I’m now walking straighter & stronger. She also identifies areas where I’m tight and suggests how I can improve with simple home stretches. When I had a stiff neck, she showed me how to most effectively massage & traction it. It was gone the next day! Ainsley has been dedicated to my balance in our sessions together. I’m leaving Florida primed for SC state tennis championship matches, stronger, straighter and better balanced thanks to those two!

This studio is super clean, bright and cheery. Everything you need to practice is provided and there is no struggling with weights and other equipment as the instructor gets everything prepared for each participant ahead of class. I loved it! Great Pilates mat class with Ainsley Murray. Can’t wait to go back for class on the reformer!!
