Lisa Cavanaugh is a highly experienced and certified Pilates instructor with a passion for helping others improve their physical and mental well-being through Pilates. She started teaching because of her early dance background and love for movement and fitness.
She has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years. Lisa has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, tailoring her sessions to meet their individual needs and goals. She believes in creating a supportive and positive environment where her clients can feel comfortable and motivated to achieve their full potential.
Lisa’s passion for Pilates, keen observation skills, and effective communication allow her to guide and challenge her clients in their Pilates practice. She is dedicated to providing a high-quality movement experience that meets each person’s goals and loves witnessing the positive impact Pilates has on her client’s mental and physical well-being.
Recently Lisa has undergone knee surgery and offers a unique perspective when it comes to dealing with injuries and recovering from surgery.
